How to Create a Coach Account – Golf Live

The Golf Live app allows golf instructors to create a Coach Account to deliver virtual lessons, analyze swings, manage students, and grow their coaching business—all from one platform.

This article walks you through the steps to create a Coach account in the Golf Live app.

Before You Get Started

To create a Coach account, you’ll need:

A smartphone or tablet with the Golf Live app installed
A valid email address
Basic professional information (name, coaching background, and profile details)
A stable internet connection

Note: Coach accounts may require review or approval before becoming fully active.

Step 1: Download the Golf Live App

If you haven’t already:

Download Golf Live from the Apple App Store (iOS)
Download Golf Live from the Google Play Store (Android)

Step 2: Create a New Account

Open the Golf Live app
Tap Sign Up > Sign Up With Email
Select Coach > Continue
Enter your email address, name, phone number, hourly rate, in-person rate, & swing analysis rate
Set your password
Activate your Free Trial
Follow the prompts to Complete your Account

Step 3: Set Up Payments

To accept lesson payments through Golf Live:

Navigate to Account Settings > Payment Information > Input Your Stripe Account
Follow the prompts to create a new Stripe Account or link an existing account
Confirm your payout details

Step 4: Complete Your Coach Profile

Once your account is created, you’ll be prompted to complete your Coach Profile, which will include:

Profile photo
Coaching bio and experience
Certifications or credentials
Areas of specialization
Location or facility (if applicable)

🔍 Step 5: Setup Your Offerings

Navigate to Account Settings > Offerings
Tape Create Your First Offering
Determine the type offering, name, price, etc.

🎉 You’re Ready to Coach!

Once your Coach account is active, you can:

Offer live virtual lessons
Record and analyze student swings
Message and manage students
Host live streams or group sessions
Track lessons and earnings in one place
