This article explains how to request a swing analysis from a coach. Swing analyses are reviewed asynchronously by the coach and require at least one uploaded swing video.
Step-by-Step: Request a Swing Analysis
- Open the app and go to Coaches.
- Select your desired coach.
- Scroll to the coach’s Offerings section.
- Find and select Swing Analysis.
- Tap Request.
- Upload your swing videos, then tap Request Analysis.
- Tap Make Payment. This will direct you to checkout with a credit card or Apple Pay.
Upload Your Swing Video(s)
- Upload at least one swing video (required)
- You may upload up to two videos
Recommended angles:
- Down-the-Line
- Face-On
You can add videos by:
- Recording directly in the app, or
- Uploading videos saved on your device
Using both recommended angles helps the coach provide more accurate and detailed feedback.
Add Notes (Optional)
Before submitting, you may add notes for your coach, such as:
- What you’re working on
- Miss patterns or common issues
- Specific questions you want answered
These notes help your coach focus their analysis on what matters most to you.
Submit Your Request
- Review your uploaded video(s) and notes.
- Tap Request Analysis to submit.
Once submitted, your request will be sent to the coach for review.
After You Submit
- Your swing analysis request will show as Pending while the coach reviews it.
- You’ll be notified once the coach completes and delivers your analysis.
- You can view the feedback directly in the app when it’s ready.
Tips for Best Results
- Ensure your full body and club are visible in the video
- Record in good lighting and from a stable position
- Upload both down-the-line and face-on views when possible
