How to Add or Edit a Venue

Where to find Venues

1. Go to plus.golfliveapp.com
2. Navigate to Academy Management
3. Select Venues

Add a New Venue

1. Click Add New Venue
2. Enter the venue details
3. Click Save

Edit an Existing Venue

1. Go to Academy Management > Venues
2. Select the venue you want to update
3. Make your changes
4. Click Save

What You Can Update

Venue Details

• Name – Update the venue name
• Description – Add helpful details about the venue
• Cover Image – Upload or change the venue image
• Time Zone – Ensure scheduling is aligned correctly

Coaches & Permissions

• Add Coaches – Assign coaches who can teach at this venue
• Venue Managers – Set specific coaches as managers

---

Operating Hours

• Set the working hours for the venue
• These hours control when lessons can be booked

---

Lesson Types

Choose which lesson types are available:

• Virtual
• In-person
• 30-minutes
• 60-minutes
