How to Create Content in Your Academy Library

Academy admins can easily organize and upload content to their Academy Library within Golf Live. Follow the steps below to create folders and add content.

Step 1: Access the Academy Library

1. Go to plus.golfliveapp.com
2. Log in with your admin account
3. Navigate to:
   • Academy Management
   • Library
   • Academy Content

Step 2: Create a New Folder

1. Click the + New button
2. Select Folder
3. Fill out the required details:
   • Title (name of your folder)
   • Thumbnail (upload an image to represent the folder)
   • Visibility:
     • Public (visible to users)
     • Private (restricted access)
   • Pricing:
     • Free
     • Paid
4. Click Create to save the folder

Step 3: Add Content to Your Folder

1. Click into the folder you just created
2. Click the + New button
3. Choose one of the following:
   • Add Subfolder (to further organize content)
   • Upload Content (videos/files from your device)

Step 4: Manage Uploaded Videos

After uploading videos, you can:

• Rename the video for clarity
• Add tags to improve organization and searchability
