This article walks coaches through how to run an in-person lesson using the Golf Live app. During the lesson, you can record swing videos, analyze them in real time, and add written or voice feedback that will be shared with your student after the lesson ends.
Before the Lesson: Schedule It (Optional)
You can schedule an in-person lesson ahead of time in the app.
From your Home screen, tap New Lesson
Select or search for your student
On the next screen, choose a date and time
Tap Confirm > Schedule a Lesson
If the lesson has already been scheduled (by you or the student), you can skip these steps.
Starting a Scheduled In-Person Lesson
When it’s time for your lesson:
Go to Lessons
Tap Upcoming
Select the lesson you want to run
Tap Start Lesson
You’re now ready to begin.
Starting an In-Person Lesson Instantly (No Scheduling Required)
In-person lessons do not need to be scheduled in advance. You can start a lesson immediately from your student’s profile.
Navigate to your golfer’s profile
Select Start In-Person Lesson
The lesson will begin right away, allowing you to record videos, analyze swings, and add notes throughout the session. When the lesson ends, all content will be shared with the student automatically.
Conducting the In-Person Lesson
Run your lesson as you normally would on the range, course, or indoor facility. Use the Golf Live app throughout the session to capture and analyze swings and key moments.

Share videos, drawings, voiceovers, and notes with the student
