If you’re not receiving notifications from the app, it’s usually related to notification settings either within the app or on your device. Follow the steps below to make sure everything is set up correctly.
Step 1: Check Notification Settings in the App
- Open the app.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Notification Settings.
- Make sure notifications are enabled on one or more of the following options:
- Push notifications
- SMS notifications
- E-mail notifications
If notifications are turned off in the app, you won’t receive alerts even if your device settings are enabled.
Step 2: Check Notification Settings on Your Device
Even if notifications are enabled in the app, your device settings can block them.
On iOS
- Open your device’s Settings.
- Tap Notifications.
- Find and select the app.
- Make sure:
- Allow Notifications is turned on
- Alerts are enabled (Lock Screen, Notification Center, or Banners)
- Notification sounds are turned on if desired
On Android
- Open your device’s Settings.
- Tap Notifications (or Apps & Notifications).
- Select the app.
- Ensure notifications are allowed and not muted or silenced.
Step 3: Check Do Not Disturb or Focus Modes
- Make sure Do Not Disturb, Focus, or Sleep modes are turned off
- If you use Focus modes, ensure the app is allowed to send notifications
These modes can silence notifications even when all other settings are enabled.
Step 4: Check Battery or Background Restrictions
Some devices limit notifications to save battery.
- Disable Low Power Mode (iOS)
- Remove the app from battery optimization or background restrictions (Android)
Still Not Receiving Notifications?
If you’ve checked all settings and still aren’t receiving notifications:
- Try closing and reopening the app
- Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app
- Log out and log back in

- Your device type (iOS or Android)
- What notifications you’re missing
